Client, a computer engineer, was stopped after coming too close to a police officer. Arrested after exhibiting signs of intoxication and failing field sobriety tests. Blew .14 at jail. This was his third DWI arrest, but classified as a second. DWI DISMISSED and re-filed as obstruction of a passageway.

Client, a recent college graduate, was stopped at 2:30 am for running a red light. Smelled like alcohol, couldn’t maintain balance, slurred speech, failed field sobriety tests. Verbally abused officer. Prosecutors refused to dismiss. Client found NOT GUILTY at jury trial.
