R. Cliff Mendheim

R. Cliff Mendheim is a native of Dothan, Alabama, who attended the University of Alabama graduating cum laude in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, School of Law in 2000. Immediately following graduation, Cliff returned to Dothan to begin his legal career. Cliff has served as the managing partner at Prim & Mendheim, LLC, since its formation in 2006. Cliff’s primary areas of practice include Consumer and Commercial Debt Collection, Real Estate Closings and Litigation, Business Law, Probate and Estate Administration, and General Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Fraud and Wrongful Death. Cliff is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Tennessee State Bar, Houston County Bar Association, General Bar, American Collections Association, Commercial Law League of America, International Association of Commercial Collectors and the National List of Attorneys. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center, Inc., and the Wiregrass Area United Way, Inc. He is also a past president and a current board member of the Houston-Henry County University of Alabama Alumni Association.

H. Samuel Prim, III

Samuel Prim is a native of Dothan, Alabama, who graduated from Auburn University in 1996 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy & Soils. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the Houston County Bar Association, The Alabama State Bar, The Florida Bar, The State Bar of Georgia, and The Mississippi Bar. Samuel is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. As a partner at Prim & Mendheim, LLC, his main focus is in Consumer and Commercial Collections; Creditor Bankruptcy; Business and Corporate Law, Secured Transactions, and Entity Formation; Business Sales and Acquisitions; Real Property Transactions, Closings, and Foreclosures; Insurance Disputes and Litigation; Personal Injury; Estate Planning and Wills; Estate Probate and Administration; and Agricultural and Farm Law.

Morgan Hoggle

Morgan Hoggle joined Prim & Mendheim, LLC in 2019 and is admitted to practice in Alabama, Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. His practice areas include real estate law, boundary line disputes, easements, creditors rights, replevin/detinue, probate and estate administration, family law, and general civil litigation including warranty, personal injury, fraud, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

Lauren Donaldson

Lauren Donaldson joined the firm of Prim & Mendheim in 2015. A native of Opp, Alabama, she graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Print Journalism. She received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. Lauren practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation and family law, including divorce and post-divorce issues such as custody, child support, relocation, alimony and division of marital assets; adoption; prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements; and juvenile court issues such as paternity and abuse and neglect cases. Lauren is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem and frequently represents children in domestic and dependency matters.
