Douglas W. Bailey

Doug is a partner in the firm and focuses his practice on Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. He advocates for individuals who’ve been hurt and for family members who have lost loved ones, and he takes pride in the fight against insurance companies and other systems that routinely deny the injured fair compensation. Doug’s job, together with EMTs, surgeons, physical therapists, and other team members involved in the client’s recovery, is to put the client’s life back together. He communicates with his clients, educates them along the way about the legal process, and helps them coordinate their recovery with appropriate medical providers and other specialists. Ultimately, Doug negotiates with insurance companies or goes to trial to get money for his injured clients that will pay for needed services or reimburse them for lost wages, medical fees, out-of-pocket expenses, and other significant losses that can be hard to quantify. Doug provides free consultations and only gets paid when he succeeds in getting his clients paid.

Henry F. Bailey, Jr.

Henry F. “Hank" Bailey, Jr. has 45 years of trial and administrative agency experience. He practices personal injury, professional negligence, civil and criminal trials, electric utility, and employment law. As a member of the Wyoming State Bar Association, he has been admitted to practice before all local, state, and federal courts in Wyoming, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Dale is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah, and has over thirty years of legal experience in business law of all types, including corporate and limited liability company law, real estate, mortgages, and public utilities. Dale was extensively involved in updating and customizing Wyoming’s forward-looking Limited Liability Company Act and the existing Wyoming Business Corporation Act. Dale has been a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys since 2013, and was the principal drafter of a Wyoming legislative bill that significantly updated Wyoming’s foreclosure laws. Dale has significant experience obtaining the appointment of receivers to manage and sell distressed real estate, and Dale has served as a co-receiver with his partner, Ronnie Lopez. Dale has also acted as a court-appointed commissioner in real estate partition actions.

Ronnie’s practice is focused primarily on transactional work including contract drafting and disputes; corporate and limited liability company law; real estate development; creditors' rights; and estate planning/administration. Ronnie has also gained significant experience in the administrative law and public utilities area practicing before the Wyoming Public Service Commission.

Andrew "Andy" Bailey was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He was the captain of the Laramie County Community College basketball team before finishing his playing career at Southern Virginia University, where he earned a degree in history. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked in the sales industry and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming’s College of Law. Andy’s practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation across a variety of areas of the law, including business transactions, personal injury, family law and more.
