Mitchell Dugan

Mitchell H. Dugan has over 30 years of experience focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability. Michael B. Jones

Attorney Jones’ thirty-two (32) years of trial experience encompass a variety of civil litigation matters including wrongful death, serious personal injury, motor vehicle and tractor trailer accidents, bar fights, defective products, negligent security, professional negligence, insurance coverage disputes, municipal defense, employment matters, contracts, land use, commercial and corporate contract negotiation and litigation. Attorney Jones is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum having resolved cases with million-dollar verdicts or settlements. He is a past Zone Ten Governor to the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) where he has been a Delegate for over 25 years. As a leader in the community, Attorney Jones sits on the Board of various charitable organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, the Beaver County Educational Trust and The Center in Midland. As President of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the PBA, he focuses on development initiatives for future growth of the Foundation. Curt W. McMillen

Attorney McMillen has litigated various cases to verdict in Beaver and Allegheny County and has argued cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Attorney McMillen has secured multiple six figure settlements for his personal injury clients. Curt has fought tirelessly for Parents and Grandparents to obtain and protect their respective custodial rights by litigating matters in the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas and at the Superior Court level. He also serves as assistant solicitor of Greene Township and provides legal guidance to a handful of commercial businesses located in Western Pennsylvania. Attorney McMillen was admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and in Beaver County by the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in Finance, B.S., Curt earned a Law Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law and subsequently earned a Masters of Law Degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. This post doctorate degree is important in resolving various property issues that arise in real estate transactions, commercial development and literally all property issues. In addition, Attorney McMillen has been recognized as a published author in the Duquesne Law Review Journal. While earning his advanced degree at the University of Miami School of Law, Attorney McMillen earned an internship at the international law firm of Hughes, Hubbard & Reed, LLP, a firm devoted to real property law. Attorney McMillen earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award - Criminal Process in the Fall of 2010 while attending Duquesne University and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award - Real Estate in the Fall of 2011 while attending the University of Miami School of Law. Chad F. McMillen

Kelly M. Tocci

Attorney Kelly Tocci has 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, litigating all types of personal injury claims such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, injuries to children, food poisoning, and wrongful death claims. Attorney Tocci also handles insurance bad faith claims under the Pennsylvania Bad Faith Statute recovering punitive damages, interest, and attorneys fees for clients whose insurance benefits were wrongfully withheld. Richard Urick

Attorney Urick is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was selected as a member of the Outstanding Lawyers of America, is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and has been rated by Super Lawyers. In the past he served as an assistant prosecutor for the Beaver County District Attorney’s office. He is also the Past President of the Beaver County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Beaver County Bar Association.
