Nicholas Klingensmith

Nicholas “Nick” Klingensmith is a Cincinnati Personal Injury and Litigation Attorney. He was a prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati, handling a large caseload and trying hundreds of cases. He uses his background to help clients navigate courts in Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio. He previously served as a Law Clerk and Constable for Judge Melba D. Jamie Reynolds is a Cincinnati native focusing her practice primarily on Domestic Relations, Juvenile Custody, and personal injury matters in Clermont, Hamilton, Warren, and Butler Counties. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and graduated magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She previously worked as a Children’s Services caseworker and a mental health and substance use therapist.

Celia Weingartner

Celia Klug Weingartner focuses her practice on dependency, custody, estate planning, and probate matters in Hamilton, Butler, and Clermont Counties. She is a graduate of Wyoming High School, DePauw University, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While at law school, she was a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project and worked for Treleven and Klingensmith Law, the Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office, and Legal Aid.

Scott Crowley

Scott Crowley is a Marine Corps Veteran with extensive litigation and trial experience. He served as a Judge Advocate and Prosecutor in the United States Marine Corps, a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and a prosecutor with the City of Cincinnati. His practice focuses on representing Military Veterans in VA disability claims, estate planning, and Camp Lejeune water contamination litigation. He is also the Hamilton County Recorder.

Tara Jones

Tara Jones, a native of Oxford, Ohio, focuses her practice on estate planning, assisting families with probate estates, and general business issues. She received her BA degree from Miami University and went to law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
