Brent Gordon

Brent has earned a reputation while litigating hundreds of court cases of being an aggressive advocate who will not back down to anyone and who will fight to the end for his clients. In fact, defense attorneys and insurance company adjusters have referred their family members and friends to Brent because they know their family will be in good hands. Brent is active in the trial lawyers association where he has served several terms on the board of governors, served as an editor of the Trial Journal, filed persuasive amicus briefs on important issues before state appellate courts, and has written several award-winning articles on important personal injury topics. Brent scored a massive victory for injury victims in the landmark case of Pena v. Viking Insurance Company. In Pena, Brent persuasively convinced the Idaho Supreme Court to strike down provisions in insurance policies that eliminated coverage for people injured by an underinsured motorist.

Mat Parke

I’m Mat Parke and I want to be your personal injury lawyer. I was born and raised in Idaho and was taught how to work hard while doing chores on my father’s farm. I got up at 5:30 AM every morning to milk the cows before school. I knew my job was important because the cows would suffer if I slacked off. I was also taught personal responsibility. I was taught that if I made a mistake that harmed someone else, I should take responsibility and do everything I could to make it right. I applied the hard work that I learned on the farm to my academic pursuits. As a college student, I would wake up at 5:30 AM to study. My Idaho work ethic earned me a spot at Harvard Law School where I met my wife, the love of my life. As a lawyer, I have learned that many big businesses and insurance companies do not share my sense of responsibility. Instead, they put profits before principles. I choose to represent individuals who need an attorney to level the playing field against the team of attorneys hired by insurance companies. I find great personal satisfaction when I successfully take on the big guys and obtain fantastic results for my clients. Joel Janke

Joel is a personal injury attorney in Eugene, Oregon. Joel grew up in southern Oregon and attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Oregon. Joel has experience litigating a variety of civil cases in Oregon’s state and federal courts. Joel enjoys guiding his clients through the personal injury claim process and working to maximize their benefit. Outside of law, Joel enjoys spending as much time as possible hiking, biking, and swimming in Oregon’s outdoors.

Don Gamble

Don Gamble is licensed to practice law in all courts in the state of Idaho as well as Federal Court. Don obtained his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law and graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Utah. His main areas of practice are personal injury and workers compensation. He has tried multiple cases in front of juries. Don likes knowing he is helping those that have been injured and ensuring they have closure after the process. Prior to attending law school, Don served for two years in the LDS mission in the Brazil Rio de Janeiro North mission and is fluent in Portuguese. He has also been a volunteer Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America for several years. He likes to be outdoors, whether it be camping, fishing or hiking with his crazy dog and loving wife.

Jared Anderson

Jared Anderson is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho. He obtained his J.D. from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Jared worked for over two years as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Bingham County, Idaho, where he handled a variety of cases. He successfully tried multiple cases in front of a jury. Prior to attending law school, Jared served 15 years in the U.S. Army as a Korean Linguist and Interrogator. As an Army Veteran, Jared has experienced first-hand life-altering injuries. He is extremely proud of being able to help those who have been injured and are facing difficulties in their life as a result of those injuries. He enjoys traveling, learning languages, and loves to hike the outdoors in beautiful Southeastern Idaho.

Britney Cook

Britney has been a case manager in our firm for more than eight years. She is passionate about helping clients get the most for their claims. She manages the case workup for our clients and is excellent at representing our clients’ individual claims in an aggressive and effective way. She has helped settle hundreds of cases, always focused on making the best recovery for our personal injury clients. Britney attributes her incredible skill to “getting things done” but anyone who has worked with her knows that it is because she cares about each and every client. Britney and her husband Miles live in East Idaho and when they are not following their kids around to different sporting events, they love being outdoors. With five children, two grandchildren, and three fur babies, family is a very big part of their lives and focus.

Mike Gordon

Mike Gordon is the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for all of the firm’s operations, including all aspects of the firm's Human Resources, Information and Technology, and financial functions. Mike began working for Gordon Law Firm in 2006. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a long-time resident of Idaho Falls.
