George Sink

George Sink has served all his life, starting as a teacher, then serving two tours in Vietnam as a Marine. After his military service, he graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1973 and began practicing law in 1974, establishing his own firm in 1977. He focuses his practice on serving injured people, with a client-oriented approach, and has helped over 40,000 injured individuals.

John D. Hawkins

John Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of HawkLaw, a firm he created and has grown and nurtured since 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation with honors in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was on the Law Review and Order of Wig and Robe. John’s career has been focused on litigation, and he is experienced in handling Car Wrecks, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law matters. His familiarity with the courtroom began when he clerked for the South Carolina Supreme Court and South Carolina Circuit Court. He also served for eight years as a South Carolina State Senator and for four years as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. John has served his country for 23 years in the South Carolina Army and Air National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Major and gained even greater legal experience as a JAG officer. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wofford College. His legal experience as a litigator, Legislator, Senator, and JAG officer, as well as the leadership skills learned in politics and the military, are put to excellent use for HawkLaw’s clients. He’s also a pilot, cyclist, and avid reader.

KYLE J. WHITE

Kyle White is a dedicated personal injury and litigation attorney with deep roots in Anderson, South Carolina. A graduate of Clemson University, he brings nearly a decade of experience representing insurance companies and Fortune 500 corporations. He now leverages this experience to represent clients in cases involving DUI crashes, dram shop, boating injuries, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, defective products, insurance bad faith, negligent security, and litigation against the government. Robert J. Reeves

Robert J. Reeves is a founding member of the firm and a practicing trial attorney with over 36 years of experience. He is a former Registered Nurse (RN) and began his legal career as an insurance defense lawyer. He is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. His accolades include membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and SuperLawyers for South Carolina, and he is an inductee into the National College for DUI Defense. He has also earned certificates from NHTSA for DWI Investigation, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE).

John P. Griffith

Mr. Griffith concentrates his practice Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. The South Carolina Lawyers Weekly newspaper has featured Mr. Griffith for workers compensation and nursing home neglect cases. He was also featured in the South Carolina Lawyers Weekly newspaper for a successful negligence case against the South Carolina Department of Transportation for a low road shoulder with a seven inch edge drop which caused the death of the tractor trailer driver, extensive property damage, and environmental clean up. Additionally, Mr. Griffith benefits from his prior experience as an insurance claims adjuster for two major insurance companies in South Carolina. Mr. Griffith gives presentations and lectures for continuing legal education and other professionals regarding Workers Compensation and Insurance issues. Mr. Griffith is active in the community and has coached YMCA soccer as well as sponsored many different sports teams. Mr. Griffith was previously a member of the Anderson County Big Brothers and Big Sisters Advisory Board and currently serves the community as a member of The Gideon’s International and as an elected member of the Anderson County School District Five Board of Trustees. Christopher Pracht

Christopher Pracht has represented families suffering from the loss of loved ones for over fourteen years. After graduating Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2008, Christopher accepted a clerkship with the Honorable J. Cordell Maddox of the South Carolina Circuit Court. Upon completing his clerkship, Christopher founded his law practice in August 2009 in Anderson, South Carolina. Over the past fifteen years, Christopher has represented clients in various courts throughout South Carolina, including but not limited to, the Court of Common Pleas, the Court of General Sessions, the Summary Court, the Municipal Court, and the Magistrate’s Court. Jennifer Spragins Burnett
