John L. Ward

Attorney Ward is the founder and managing partner of Ward Law Group, PLLC and his areas of concentration are Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. He graduated Cum Laude from UNH and Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH School of Law). He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association’s Legal Committee, New Hampshire Association for Justice, National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Robert E. Mazow is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County, prosecuting over 100 jury trials. He also worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, defending insurance companies and corporations. Since co-founding the firm in 2003, he has focused on representing seriously injured clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, recovering millions of dollars. He is known for his ability to connect with juries and is a skilled communicator, negotiator, and advocate.

Kevin J. McCullough is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. His unique background includes working as an insurance adjuster and attorney for a national automobile insurance carrier, defending insurance companies, and serving as a prosecutor in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. This experience makes him an expert in insurance bad faith and claims handling practices. He focuses on serious personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer class action litigation. James B. Krasnoo

Attorney James B. Krasnoo is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than fifty years of legal experience, devoted exclusively to litigation. Christopher DiBella

Christopher DiBella is the founding partner of DiBella Law Injury and Accident Lawyers. Few attorneys are able to understand and relate to the hardships accident victims suffer. Chris remembers vividly, as a child receiving the call no one ever hopes to receive that his older brother was involved in a life-threatening car accident. He remembers the impact the accident had on him and his family. Chris often recalls the stories about his grandfathers who immigrated to the United States with nothing and were forced to work in abhorrent conditions with little to no regard for their safety. Growing up, he also witnessed the needless injuries his father suffered as a laborer in the construction industry. Since Chris was the first generation in his family to attend college, his father pushed him on the path toward law school very early on. He was so passionate about that path that his father once came home from a hard day’s work on the construction site with a 400-page legal textbook for Chris to read. His parents saw the legal profession as a place where one could have a meaningful and profound impact on behalf of others. Early in his career, Chris fought on behalf of employees who were fired or laid off. He went on to serve the community as a prosecutor in district court. Chris understands that the practice of law is and always has been about the people.

Dana K. Smith

Attorney Smith is the Senior Associate Attorney at Ward Law Group, PLLC, concentrating on Workers’ Compensation law. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2009 with dual bachelor’s degrees in Justice Studies and English/Journalism, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2013. He interned as a private investigator and Rule 36 Attorney with the New Hampshire Public Defender, mediated small claims cases, and completed a legal residency at Normand Higham. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service, and the USA500 Club’s New Hampshire division. He served on the Kreiva Academy’s Board of Trustees from 2020-2022. He regularly appears at the New Hampshire Department of Labor and before the Compensation Appeals Board. He is a 5-year recipient (2021-2025) of Super Lawyers Magazine's 'Rising Stars' award, recognized in Workers’ Compensation, and selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a 'Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Attorney' for five consecutive years, in addition to 'Top 25 Workers’ Compensation Attorney' in 2024 and 2025. He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire.

Carah Kiley

She earned her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
