Albright of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and Cornelia G. Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Hanning was named a Wildman Scholar, a Hagman Scholar, and recipient of the Deans Merit Award. He also received two CALI awards for his achievements in Legal Writing and Analysis and Land Use and Planning. Mr. Hanning has also authored several articles, including Trying Asset/Mortgage Backed Securities Cases: A Practical Guide, Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (2007), and Waking From the American Dream: Expanding Fiduciary Duties to Secondary Lenders Following the Subprime Mortgage Meltdown, Southwestern Law Review (2008).
