Blake Bostwick

Blake Bostwick is a dedicated personal injury attorney with over a decade of experience in medical malpractice, car accidents, bike accidents, and premises liability. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his law degree from The University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2012. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2013 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40,” the State Bar of California, San Francisco Trial Lawyer Association, Consumer Attorney of California, and American Association for Justice.

Michael Stephenson

Michael Stephenson is the founder and Chief Legal Counsel at Bay Area Bicycle Law. He is a member of SuperLawyers, the National Trial Lawyers’ prestigious “Top 40 Under 40,” the “Million Dollar Advocates Forum,” and “Lawyers of Distinction.” He began his career as a public defender in Oregon in 2007 and previously worked for Davis Wright Tremaine. He graduated top of his class with Honors from the University of Oregon Law School, where he was awarded “Most Outstanding Trial Advocate” and served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.

Lucy Allen

Lucy Allen is a Senior Attorney at Bay Area Bicycle Law, specializing in bicycle accidents since 2012. She holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been awarded the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40.” Her previous legal work included defending Northern California’s forest ecosystems and working on cases involving the Equal Access to Justice Act and the Freedom of Information Act. She received numerous awards in law school, including an American Jurisprudence award, and served as Publishing Editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly.
