Grace Weatherly

Grace Weatherly is a partner at Wood Weatherly Trial Law, co-founded in 1996. She is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000, and in Labor & Employment Law since 1999. She is also board certified in medical malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. With over 25 years of experience, she has handled more than 50 jury trials to verdict. Grace is recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and has an AVVO Rating of 10/10. She is actively involved in numerous professional organizations, including serving as National President of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2021.

Joel M. Spitzer

Joel M. Spitzer is the founder of Spitzer Law Offices, serving clients in Ohio and Texas. He practices family law, criminal defense, and personal injury. He holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law, an M.Ed. from Wright State University, and a BA from The Ohio State University. He is licensed in Ohio and has been practicing since 2013.

Bill Wood

Bill Wood co-founded Wood Weatherly Trial Law in 1996. He tried over 300 jury trials in state and federal courts across Texas. He served as president of the Denton County Bar Association in 1979 and was appointed to the advisory board for UNT Law School. He was the first recipient of the Denton County Bar Association “Bill Wood MVP Award” in 2016. He passed away in 2021 after 25 years of partnership with Grace Weatherly.
