Ben Wells

It was a warm, sunny July morning when I got a call from a well-known lawyer in Snohomish County who I admired and respected. I was curious why she would be calling me. I picked up the phone, and she began discussing some advice I had recently imparted in a seminar I had spoken at. I was honored when she told me the advice was useful to her. She then changed the subject and told me that I had been selected by my peers as the 2020 trial Lawyer of the year by the Washington State Association of Justice. I was speechless.

Breanne W. Martin

Breanne W. Martin is a 2011 graduate of Seattle University's joint degree program, where she obtained a Law Degree and a Master of Business Administration. She received Dean’s List honors and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for legal writing. Her practice areas include family law, landlord-tenant law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury law. She gained experience as an intern with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, King County Superior Court, and King and Snohomish County law firms.

I grew up in Arlington Washington on a 100-year-old out-of-commission dairy farm my parents fell in love with. I now live in Stanwood, Washington with my family. My life has been full of both blessings and setbacks which have taught me to live each day with an open heart and mind. And in turn, I am always on the hunt for the next trail to hike, far-off destination to explore, or new age fad to experience.

Brian Fisher

I’m a proven appellate attorney with a track record of success. Whether defending your hard-won jury verdict or fighting something gone wrong at the trial court, my role is to be your advocate beyond the trial court. In addition to appellate work, I also assist in litigating at the trial court to fight for your rights. Before being hired as the very first employee of Wells Trumbull, I served as an Administrative Law Judge for the state of Washington and worked as a solo appellate practitioner. My experiences as both an arbiter and advocate provide me with unique insights I use to help you. When I’m not fighting for justice on behalf of my clients, I enjoy hiking, camping, seeing live music, and spending time with my wife and dog.
