Brandon B. Rafi

Brandon B. Rafi, an Arizona native, embodies the values of hard work and dedication instilled by his immigrant parents. David Wenner

David Wenner, M.S.W., J.D. is nationally recognized as an authority on juror bias and decision-making. As a partner in the Phoenix law firm of Snyder & Wenner, P.C., Mr. Wenner has spent the last two decades prosecuting wrongful death and catastrophic injury accident cases, speaking to lawyers across the country on juror bias and decision-making, and creating a successful juror bias model.

Brian A. Snyder

Brian is the immediate past President of the Arizona Association for Justice after quickly compiling a distinguished career as one of the top medical malpractice and birth injury trial lawyers in Arizona. Brian was honored with the 2023-2024 Trial Lawyer of the Year award by the Arizona Association for Justice, and was also named as the 2024 Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers.

Ken Gerber

Ken Gerber has been practicing law for over 25 years, with 19 years in Plaintiff's Personal Injury law. He graduated with honors from Tulane University and cum laude from Stetson College of Law, where he was part of the #1 nationally ranked Trial Team. He started his career as a prosecuting attorney, handling numerous jury trials. In 2001, he founded his own personal injury practice in Florida, which grew to six offices before he moved to Arizona in 2009. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Florida state courts, and the United States District Court for Arizona and the Middle District of Florida. Mrigank Nino Mishra

Mrigank Nino Mishra is a Managing Attorney at Rafi Law Group with extensive experience in personal injury law, both in and out of the courtroom. After graduating from a top law school in India, he moved to Arizona and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona. He is committed to dedicating himself fully to each case, treating clients like family, which has led to substantial settlements. Mrigank finds fighting for injured and traumatized victims spiritually rewarding, a passion he discovered after exploring other legal fields, including work with the Ministry of Finance and Attorney General of India. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, attending live music, and reading fiction.
