In 2006 Will opened Pemberton Law Offices, a law firm that would represent the people. Since that time, Will has secured many settlements and verdicts for his injured clients. As a result of his successes, he has earned the respect of his clients and his peers, as evidenced by his “Superb” rating from AVVO, and his Pre-eminent client-rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, the National Trial Lawyers included him on its list of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and Super Lawyers has selected him for 10 consecutive years to the top 5% of attorneys in the nation. Will and his team at Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm have a consistent record of successful settlements, awards and verdicts in injury and auto accident cases, including one of Wisconsin’s largest verdicts ever rendered by a jury in a personal injury case not involving broken bones. Will is a compassionate attorney who fights for those who cannot fight for themselves. He thinks of his clients like family and wants to be able to look them in the eye when their case is done and know that he did a good job for them. Will prides himself on leading a compassionate, yet aggressive team that shares his passion and values. In his spare time, Will enjoys being a husband and father of three fast growing boys.
