Diane Senakievich

Diane Senakievich, an alumna of St. Clairsville High School, holds a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Ohio University and a law degree from Ohio Northern University (completed in two years). She began her career in 2003, primarily practicing civil litigation. She was named a "Best Lawyer" for five consecutive years and serves as a Mental Hygiene Commissioner for the 1st Judicial Circuit in West Virginia. Diane is licensed in Ohio and West Virginia, as well as the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Northern District of West Virginia. She focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, construction disputes, contracts, business law, real estate, and financial transactions.

Michael J. Shaheen

Michael J. Shaheen is an Eastern Ohio native who graduated from Duquesne University in 1986 and Capital University School of Law in 1989. He established Shaheen Law Group in 1997. With over thirty years of practice, he has provided legal counsel to various clients and served in public offices including chairman of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission, assistant Belmont County Prosecutor, and Village Solicitor for Adena, Bridgeport, and Bellaire, Ohio. He is also the Chairman of the Belmont County Board of Elections and was named "Best Attorney in the area" by The Times Leader in 2018 and 2022, and a "Lawyer of Distinction" in 2022.

John Estadt

Born and raised in Caldwell, Ohio, John Estadt graduated from Kent State University (BA, 1972), The Ohio State University (MS, 1979), and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (1983). He joined Kinder, Kinder and Hanlon in 1984 and became a founding partner at Hanlon, Estadt, McCormick & Schramm Co., LPA. He is a member of the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court Bar. John is actively involved in his community, serving as President of the St. Clairsville Public Library Foundation and a member of various local organizations.

Jacob Leach

Jacob Leach, a Barnesville native, graduated from Barnesville High School in 2019. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in history and an Associate’s degree in the arts from Ohio University Eastern in 2020. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Moot Court Team. Prior to joining Shaheen Law Group, he completed internships with Congressman Michael R. Turner, Williams Law Firm, and Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, Decapio, and Pearl LLP.
