Jan Dils
Jan Dils is the firm’s founder. She opened Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, in 1994 as the solo attorney/employee. Stephen B. Farmer
Steve Farmer was born in Morgantown, West Virginia. He received a bachelor of science degree from West Virginia University in 1979 and a degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1984, where he was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Board and Marilyn E. Lugar Trial Association. He was the recipient of the 1982 Baker Cup Moot Court Award. Mr. Farmer focuses his practice on trial work, including commercial, product liability and personal injury litigation. Robert A. Campbell
Robert A. Campbell - Raised in Southern West Virginia, Mr. Campbell is a 1989 summa cum laude graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting). Mr. Campbell attended the West Virginia College of Law and served as student works editor for the West Virginia Law Review and graduated at the top of his law school class in 1992, with the distinction of being inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Campbell is a member of the law firm of Farmer, Cline & Campbell Personal Injury Lawyers. Jeffrey T. Jones
A native of Clarksburg, WV, Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory N.C. and his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. He began practicing law in Charleston in 1986 with the nationally known law firm of Preiser and Wilson, which later became Hunt and Wilson. Prior to joining Farmer, Cline and Campbell, Jeff was in solo practice for 16 years. Jeff is the Past President of the West Virginia Association for Justice and was named Member of the Year in 1999. He is also the former editor of the Association’s magazine “The Advocate”. He is also the past President of the Lenoir-Rhyne Alumni Association and was the recipient of the Moretz Alumni Award for Service to the Alumni Association in 2006. Jeff has been named one of the Top 100 Trial lawyers in West Virginia by the National Trial Lawyers and has been ranked as one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in West Virginia by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Robert D. Cline, Jr.
Robert “Danny” Cline is Of Counsel at Farmer, Cline & Campbell Personal Injury Lawyers. Born and raised in Southern West Virginia, Mr. Cline graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1984, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review. Mr. Cline’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death. He has been lead counsel in a number of cases involving brain injury, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, work related accidents, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Mr. Cline is experienced both in West Virginia Circuit Courts and the Federal Courts in the State of West Virginia. R. Chad Duffield
Attorney R. Chad Duffield grew up in the small town of Pine Grove in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. He attended Wheeling Jesuit University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Product Design and Development. While working on his undergraduate degree, he was a computer-aid-draftsman for the National Technology Transfer Center, assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in developing new products. Mr. Duffield then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he served as the Articles Editor for the Journal of Technology, Law & Policy. While attending law school, Mr. Duffield worked as a certified legal intern for KidsVoice, representing abused and neglected children in the Pittsburgh area. After completing law school and passing both the Pennsylvania and West Virginia bar exams, Mr. Duffield completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Louis H. (“Duke”) Bloom of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Mr. Duffield then joined Farmer, Cline & Campbell Personal Injury Lawyers in 2006 as a litigation attorney. John D. Wooton Sr.
John D. Wooton Sr. is Senior Partner at Wooton, Davis, Hussell & Johnson, PLLC in Beckley, West Virginia.
