Sergey Kats is the Principal and Owner of Kats Law. He immigrated from Soviet Russia at a young age and is dedicated to helping clients. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from John Carroll University (2007) and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (2010), and was admitted to the Bar in 2011.

Brian Scherf is the Lead Litigation Attorney at Kats Law. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Human Resources Specialization from John Carroll University and a law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2010. He focuses on effectively assisting clients during difficult legal situations.
