Daniel L. Hightower
Daniel L. Hightower was born and raised in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida. He earned a B.A. degree in history from Stetson University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson Law School. He was elected as a Justice to the Honor Court and appointed to the Stetson Law Review Board. After moving to Ocala in 1973, he joined Green, Simmons, & Green Law Firm, and later started his own firm, Daniel L. Hightower, P.A., in 1987, focusing on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Workers’ Compensation cases. He has been fighting for clients' rights since October 1973, accumulating over 50 years of experience. He has received numerous service awards and recognitions, including the Rick Custereri Pro Bono Award (2006), Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award (2011), induction into the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute Hall of Fame (2012), and Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (2017). He holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a cattle rancher.

David D. Guiley
David D. Guiley is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), with over 40 years of legal experience. He obtained his law degree from the University of Akron in 1975. He has been representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Central Florida for over 30 years, specializing in auto and truck accidents, electrical accidents, defective products, and defective conditions in premises. Alison L. Hightower, a Partner, graduated with Honors from Stetson University College of Law in May 2014. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. She is active with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and the D.R. Smith American Inn of Court. Alison practices Personal Injury law.

Shawn E. Clark
Shawn E. Clark is an attorney at Hightower & Hightower. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2007 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from the University of Florida. He was inducted into the Order of the Coif, ranking in the top 10% of his law class. Mark N. Tipton
Mark N. Tipton received a Bachelor’s degree from Weber State College in 1988 and a law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and has practiced in the Ocala/Gainesville area since then. He specializes in workers’ compensation and social security disability cases, receiving Board Certification in workers’ compensation in 1998. Barbara L. Richard graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Business Administration and from the University of Florida College of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She has been practicing since 1995 and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Workers’ Compensation. She served as a judicial clerk and is a member of Florida Workers’ Advocates, Marion County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Barbara practices Workers’ Compensation.
