Kim Benjamin
Kim Benjamin is the Founding Attorney & CEO of The Benjamin Law Firm, LLC. She has been practicing since 1997, starting as a public defender in Kansas City, Missouri. She is recognized as an expert DWI and criminal defense lawyer and a spectacular trial lawyer, having handled over 70 jury trials. Kim is a faculty member at the Trial Lawyers College (TLC) and the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), and chairs the Bernard Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar. Craig Napier

She graduated cum laude from Northwest Missouri State with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Political Science and earned her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2019. Megan was a semi-finalist at the Tournament of Champions in 2018 and a finalist at the National Trial Competition in 2019. She also interned at the Trial Lawyer’s College. Megan began her legal career with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, handling cases from low-level misdemeanors to high-level felonies, and is known for her compassionate representation.

Jennifer Reagan is a Senior Associate Attorney at The Benjamin Law Firm, LLC, specializing in family law, traffic cases, and criminal law. She received her bachelor’s in psychology and minored in Criminal Justice in 1991 and her law degree in 1995 from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law. Her law degree thesis focused on 'Prosecutorial Uses of DNA'. Jennifer has been practicing for almost 30 years and joined the firm in January 2024, where she heads the traffic division and handles expungement, hardship, and reinstatement cases.
