Ben Westbrook

Ben Westbrook founded Westbrook Law in 2014 with the goal of helping everyday people who have been wronged. Born and raised in East Texas, he worked as a garage door repairman and high school football coach before becoming a trial lawyer. He graduated third in his class from Texas A&M School of Law. Ben is known for his down-to-earth approach, relentless dedication, and real-world experience, guiding clients through the legal process and fighting for their justice and recovery.

For over two decades, our founding attorney has taken great pride in serving his local community in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. Attorney Mark M. Childress began his private practice in 2007 after following his grandfather’s footsteps into family law.

Desiree A. Hartwigsen

Raised in Stephenville, Texas, Desiree A. Hartwigsen embarked on her legal journey at Tarleton State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She then accelerated her legal education by completing her Juris Doctor at Texas A&M University School of Law two years ahead of schedule.

Sarah E. Robbins

Sarah E. Robbins knew she wanted to pursue a career in law from an early age. Her devotion to family law is rooted in her passion to help people during their most difficult seasons.

Konnor N. Lee

Konnor Lee was raised in Arlington, TX and attended the University of Arkansas, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She received her Texas bar admission in 2018.

Mike McEntire is Of Counsel and a Senior Litigator with the firm. Licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1982, Mike has practiced law in his hometown of Fort Worth and surrounding counties his entire career.

Rick J. Mitchell earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001. With over two decades of experience, he has participated in both jury and non-jury trials across a wide range of legal areas.
