Daniel J. Kaiser

Brad Telander is Of Counsel to Kaiser Law. Mr. Telander is focused on criminal defense, with extensive experience trying cases as both a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney and as a criminal defense lawyer. Along with his myriad experience with jury trials, Mr. Telander is experienced in personal injury litigation, as well. Phil Blomberg

Phil Blomberg is a workers' compensation and personal injury litigator. As Of Counsel to Kaiser Law, Mr. Blomberg handles worker's compensation cases and coordinates with us on cases where there is both a worker's compensation claim and a third-party injury claim. Mr. Blomberg has a reputation for being fair, but tough, and is well-respected with the Industrial Worker's Compensation Commission (IWCC).
