Joseph G. Sauder
Joseph G. Sauder represents individuals, survivors of sexual abuse, consumers, small businesses, and employees in complex litigation nationwide. Heather A. Swadley
Heather Swadley is an Associate who dedicates her practice to representing consumers in class action litigation. She is experienced in consumer protection, sexual misconduct, fair lending, and employment litigation. Heather received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple Beasley School of Law in 2021. While at Temple, Heather served as the Lead Articles Editor for Temple Law Review. Her published comment, Class Dismissed: The Dangers of Applying Ascertainability Requirements to 23(b)(2) Class Actions, won both the J. Howard Reber Award for best writing for Temple Law Review and the Hon. Dolores K. Sloviter Award for best paper on judicial administration. At Temple, Heather was also a Rubin Public Interest Fellow and a Law & Public Policy Scholar. Heather brings litigation experience from government, non-profit organizations, and private law firms. In addition to a J.D., Heather holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc. from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Heather’s scholarly work has been published in the Nebraska Law Review, the Oklahoma Law Review, and the UCLA Disability Law Journal, among others. She received her undergraduate degree in the History of Ideas/Philosophy from William Jewell College in Kansas City, MO, where she studied abroad for a year at the University of Oxford. In her spare time, Heather frequently participates in speaking engagements to promote disability rights.

Linda F. Berman
