Tommy Tucker
Tommy Tucker has practiced law for over 40 years, primarily handling criminal defense, family law, and divorce cases. A cum laude graduate of Cumberland School of Law (1977), he served as a prosecutor for nearly six years with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s office before entering private practice. He later returned to the DA's office for four years before re-entering private practice and joining Don Hall in 2003. His experience on both sides of criminal law provides a deep understanding of achieving success. He has expanded his practice to include family law, which now constitutes over half of his work. Tucker has served as a municipal judge in Hueytown and Pleasant Grove and was president of the Alabama Municipal Judges Association in 1995 and the Bessemer Bar Association in 2009.
