Paul D. Odegaard
Paul Odegaard, a North Dakota native, began his legal career in Montana in 1999. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota in 1994 and earned his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. After clerking for the North Dakota Supreme Court, he practiced civil litigation, focusing on personal injury and workers' compensation. Harlan B. Krogh
Harlan is one of the senior partners of the law firm of Crist, Krogh, Alke & Nord, PLLC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with highest honors from Montana State University-Billings (formally Eastern Montana College) in 1982, and a J.D. degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1987. From 1987 to 1989 Harlan served as Law Clerk to United States District Court, Chief Judge James F. Battin in Billings. Harlan also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Big Sky State Games, a grassroots Olympic organization for the State of Montana. Harlan is also a current board member of St. John’s Lutheran Ministries Foundation. Anne Sherwood
Anne Sherwood is a fourth-generation Montanan from Helena. She earned her Master's degree and J.D. with honors from the University of Montana. She received the American Bar Association’s Steiger Fellowship and Ms. JD Student Fellowship. Anne joined MSWD after law school and focuses her practice on consumer protection, employment, personal injury, intellectual property, and constitutional law. She was awarded the Outstanding New Lawyer Award in 2020 and voted "Best Attorneys in Helena" multiple times.
