Heidi M. Torvik

Heidi M. Torvik has been practicing law in Minnesota since 2014, and is also licensed in North Dakota (2017), Wisconsin (2022), U.S. District Court - District of Minnesota (2015), and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (2022). She graduated from The Juilliard School in New York with a Bachelor of Music (1999), Master of Music (2001), and Artist Diploma (2003) in flute performance. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2014. Heidi has significant experience with all stages of litigation from initial meeting through jury trial. L. Wayne Larson

L. Wayne Larson has been with the firm since 1968 and has practiced law in Minnesota since 1964. He is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a 1960 graduate of St. John's University with a B.A. in political science and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1964. Wayne's experience includes lead attorney in more than 100 jury cases tried to verdict. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, and the U. S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit. He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association. He holds the rank of colonel in the Judge Advocate General's Corp of the U.S. Army (Retired). He was on active duty in the Army from 1965 to 1968 and served in the Army Reserve from 1957 to 1991. Wayne is a past member of the Board of Directors of Rice Memorial Hospital and has served on the County Planning Commission and County Variance board.

Sarah L. Klaassen

Sarah L. Klaassen joined the law firm in January 2007, following a judicial clerkship. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hamline University in 2002, and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2005. She was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 2005. Her practice areas include Family law, Civil, Personal injury, and Workers Compensation. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the 12th District Bar Association. Griffin R. Leitch

Griffin R. Leitch is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in Minnesota since 2014. He is a 2011 graduate of University of North Dakota with a B.B.A. in business management and a minor in sports business. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2014. Griffin joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2014 and was named Partner in January 2019. Dennis Neeser

Practicing law in Minnesota since 1968, Dennis Neeser is BV Distinguished Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. A 1965 graduate of the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School. Dennis began his career as special assistant to Minnesota attorney general Douglas Head, serving in that capacity for two years. From 1970 to 1980, he was assistant county attorney, prosecutor and advisor for Kandiyohi County. Dennis was also the principal partner of the Neeser Law Office from 1972 to 2000 and Of Counsel for Gray, Plant & Mooty from 2009 to 2012. Dennis is an adjunct instructor at Willmar Community College. Author of the Minnesota Peace Officers Training Manual, he has led extensive statewide training sessions in criminal procedure for peace officers. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and federal tax court. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Active in the community, Dennis is past president of the Willmar area Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of Willmar Community College, St. Mary’s Catholic Church and North American State Bank.

Jon C. Saunders

Jon Saunders has practiced law since 1986. He is the managing partner of Anderson Larson. His practice focuses on commercial, probate litigation cases and complex financial family law. He also receives extensive referrals from area accountants and financial advisors in commercial matters, such as business entity creation, business planning, business succession and estate planning. He is licensed by the State of Minnesota to issue title insurance. He is a past President of the Kandiyohi Bar Association and the current legislative committee chair of the 12th District Bar Association, serving in that post continuously for over 20 years. He currently serves on the board of United Minnesota Legal Services. He is an active member of Willmar Sertoma and Bird Island Lions. He is currently the cooperative youth leader at both the Willmar United Methodist Church and Vinje Lutheran. He is a past recipient of Willmar’s Distinguished Service Award.

Kristal R. Dahlager

Kristal R. Dahlager has practiced law in Minnesota since 2012. She is a 2005 graduate of University of Minnesota in Duluth, MN, with a B.S. in statistics and actuarial science. She graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2012. Kristal joined Anderson Larson in April 2013 and became a partner in January 2017. Her practice focuses on estate planning, real estate, business planning and business transactions, probate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and Social Security Disability. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and is also licensed by the State of Minnesota to issue title insurance. Kristal is an active member of Living Hope Evangelical Free Church of Willmar, the Willmar Noon Lion’s board, and the current Chair of West Central Industries.
