James H. “Jim” Jenkins

Mr. Jim Jenkins is a partner with Thigpen & Jenkins, LLP, helping thousands of injured clients across North Carolina since 1993. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Business in 1985 and Campbell University School of Law with a J.D. in 1992.

Frank C. Thigpen

Mr. Frank Thigpen is a partner with Thigpen & Jenkins, LLP, having started his practice in 1972 and merging to form the firm in 1993. He primarily focuses on Real Estate closings & transactions. He graduated from High Point University in 1968 and from UNC School of Law in 1972. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.

Walter I. “Butch” Jenkins III

Walter I. 'Butch' Jenkins III is a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law by the North Carolina State Bar, focusing on criminal defense, especially DWI/DUI cases. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte in 1983 and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1987. He is a graduate of the National DUI College and currently chairs the Criminal Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.

Aaron Lee Bell

Aaron L. Bell joined Thigpen & Jenkins in 2007, specializing in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support. He has represented clients in military divorce law and practices primarily in Moore, Montgomery, and Randolph Counties. He received his J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2007 and a B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University in 2004.

Walter I. 'Walt' Jenkins IV is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, practicing criminal law and civil litigation. He received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 2011 and his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in 2014.
