Dwight E. Baker graduated from law school in 1971 and has practiced in Blackfoot, Idaho since 1989, becoming a partner at Baker & Harris. He is admitted to practice in Idaho State and Federal Courts. His experience includes criminal defense, plaintiff's work in agricultural settings, medical malpractice defense, civil mediation, probate, and estate planning. He received the Idaho State Bar Professionalism Award in 1998 and has served as President of the Idaho State Bar Commission.

Jonathan W. Harris attended the University of Utah College of Law, graduating in 2000. He joined Baker & Harris in 2004, becoming a partner in 2008. His practice areas include workers compensation, personal injury, insurance disputes, business legal needs, family law, probate, and estate planning. He is active in the community and a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

Jared M. Harris was admitted to the bar in Utah and Idaho in 1991. He is a partner at Baker & Harris, focusing on business litigation, estate planning, real estate, and domestic law. He holds degrees from Rick's College, Utah State University, and Brigham Young University.

DaLon Esplin

DaLon Esplin was born and raised in Bingham County. He served a 2-year mission in La Paz, Bolivia, where he learned to speak Spanish and Aymara. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctorate there in 1978. He practiced law in Pocatello for 11 years before moving to Blackfoot, and served as the civil deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County and as a Magistrate Judge. DaLon describes himself as a small-town lawyer representing individuals against big insurance companies and large law firms.

Thomas Packer

Thomas W. Packer was born in Blackfoot, Idaho, and has been a practicing lawyer since 1982. He received his Law Degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Public Administration from Idaho State University. He works with Seniors in his law practice, offering Life Care Planning and Estate Planning services.
