Joel A. Ready

Joel A. Ready has handled million-dollar-plus personal injury litigation, overseen complex business mergers, and vindicated clients’ Constitutional rights. His jury trial wins include homicides and seven-figure civil verdicts. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey, Mr. Ready’s practice combines business acumen and strategically-minded litigation solutions for clients. Eric E. Winter

Eric E. Winter, a Berks County Native, has vast experience with both jury and non-jury trials in many areas including child custody, personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal law, gun law, and immigration law. He has served as the judicial law clerk to President Judge Scott D. Keller at the Berks County Court of Common Pleas and with the Berks County District Attorney’s Office, where he helped establish treatment court programs. Mr. Winter is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Scranton with honors and Villanova University School of Law. He is an Eagle Scout and has won the Boy Scouts of America Hawk Mountain Council District Award of Merit and the Berks Connections Pretrial Services W. Richard Eshelman Award.

Anthony R. Distasio

Tony Distasio has practiced for more than 35 years in Reading, making him one of the most experienced attorneys in the Berks Bar. Mr. Distasio’s practice has largely focused on banking law, bankruptcy, foreclosure, personal injury, estate administration and complex estate planning for those concerned about inheritance taxes. He has represented national banks throughout the state, as well as community banks located in Berks, Chester and Lancaster counties. Mr. Distasio was hired as a consultant for the federal government’s examination of bank lending practices, and assisted in the creation of the Berks County mortgage foreclosure conciliation program. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Susquehanna University and finished in the top 20% of his class at Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University.

Stephanie D. Rauch-Mannino

Stephanie Rauch-Mannino represents Cornerstone Law Firm’s clients on a variety of legal matters, bringing experience in education, estates, and family issues including adoption, custody, visitation and guardianship. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Cornerstone, she advocated for low-income individuals in Philadelphia and pursued justice with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. She received recognition in the First Judicial District of Philadelphia “Roll of Honor” for exemplary pro bono service. Mrs. Rauch-Mannino graduated from Roger Williams University School Law School, and studied at Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law as a Visiting Student. She is an active member in her community and a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley.

Stephen M. Otto

Stephen M. Otto has been a practicing attorney since 1998 and has focused on personal and small business bankruptcy since 2001. He is one of only a few individual-focused bankruptcy attorneys with active cases in all three of Pennsylvania’s federal districts. Mr. Otto primarily represents individuals and small businesses facing debt burdens and income fluctuations. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Grove City College and studied law at Duquesne University School of Law.

Dominic Mayle

Dominic Mayle is an attorney specializing in litigation support and legal research and writing. He graduated with a degree from the world-famous chemistry program at the University of Akron before attending Duquesne University School of Law, where he graduated in the top of his class and earned numerous book awards, the most of any student in the school's history. After law school, Mr. Mayle spent several years clerking for a judge in Pennsylvania, honing his legal research and writing skills.

Benjamin J. Lewis

Benjamin J. Lewis has over a decade of litigation experience in almost every area of civil practice. Mr. Lewis has argued cases at every level from the Magisterial District Court to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He has represented clients in matters ranging from minor traffic violations to deeply personal custody and domestic matters, to high-stakes commercial matters, including seven-figure multistate contract disputes. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, including all three Federal Districts (Eastern, Western and Middle). Mr. Lewis graduated cum Laude from Saint Vincent College and Magna cum Laude from Duquesne University.
