Patrick B. Starke

Patrick B. Starke earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Missouri and a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1979. He served as a Captain in the United States JAG Corps before starting Starke Law Offices in Blue Springs, MO in 1984.
