Adam Rose

Adam Rose is the firm’s criminal defense practice specialist and personal injury attorney. He has substantial jury trial experience in criminal defense, representing clients accused of serious felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses. He has also represented hundreds of clients in car accidents, slip and falls, and breaches of contract, securing over $1,000,000 in damages. Adam began his career as a deputy prosecutor in Texas before moving to Arkansas in 2021 to focus on trial work for criminal defense and personal injury. He has tried over 300 cases in criminal and civil matters, including jury trials in state and federal courts. While in law school at Bowen School of Law (graduated May 2020), he was captain of the national trial team, published in the law school journal, and externed for a Federal Magistrate Judge and the U.S. Attorney’s office. He is originally from Plano, Texas, and moved back to Fayetteville in 2021. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Nora, traveling, playing hockey, and entertaining friends and family.

Dale R. Rose

Dale R. Rose is an experienced civil trial attorney with over 165 first chair jury trials. His practice has covered 54 counties in Texas, several states, and Canada. With nearly 33 years as a licensed attorney, Dale has represented the State of Texas, individuals, small companies, mega corporations, and insurance companies, and defended criminal cases. He started his career as a police officer in Garland, Texas, before attending Texas Tech School of Law. After law school, he worked at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office in the Specialized Crimes Division, gaining insight into white-collar crime and insurance fraud. Since 1996, he has worked at large plaintiff's offices, a large insurance defense firm, and has run his own office since 2010. He focuses on providing personalized attention to clients, basing his work on Christian beliefs of fairness and justice.
