D. Russell Hymas

D. Russell Hymas is the managing partner and an attorney at Christensen & Hymas. Mr. Hymas devotes his practice to representing seriously injured persons involved in automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents and premise liability claims. Brian K. Jackson

Brian K. Jackson is an attorney and founder of Brian K. Jackson, LLC, established in 2014. He practices employment law, civil rights, personal injury, and business law. He is a member of the Utah and Washington State Bars, the U.S. Federal District Court of Utah, and the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has received multiple awards including "Rising Star" in Employment Law (2018), "Lawyers of Distinction" (2018-2021), and "Top 40 under 40" in Employment Law (2018, 2019) and overall (2020). He is also the author of "Employing Humans."

Dean Collinwood specializes in business and contract disputes, workplace discrimination, personal injury, and family law. He holds a PhD from the University of Chicago, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Utah, a Master's degree from the University of London, and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. Prior to his legal career, he was a professor at the University of Utah and a Fulbright Scholar. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Utah and in the United States District Court.

SEAN B. DRUYON

Mr. Druyon is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Utah where he received degrees in both Speech Communication (emphasis on argumentation and persuasion) and Philosophy (emphasis on ethics), and was a member of the University of Utah Debate Team. Attorney Druyon is also a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, School of Law, where he received many prestigious scholarships and awards, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the Legal Profession (award reserved for the top student), the Harold & Felton Law Scholarship, the William Holt Law Scholarship, and a Nebraska Law Review Editorial Scholarship. In law school Mr. Druyon served as the executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review, published an article in the Nebraska Law Review, edited numerous law review articles, and was a member of the National Trial Team. In addition, while in Nebraska, Attorney Druyon worked for the District Attorney’s office prosecuting criminal offenses in the criminal appeals division, and he also clerked for district court judges in 1999-2000. These experiences help Attorney Druyon understand all aspects of the criminal process and he is able to analyze all sides of each case. Mr. Druyon uses this experience to better defend his clients and achieve the best possible outcomes. In his current practice, Sean B. Druyon is admitted to practice in Utah District Courts, the United States District Court, and the Utah State Supreme Court. He is an active member of many professional organizations, including the Salt Lake and Davis County bar associations, the National and Utah Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Federal Criminal Justice Panel, and the Utah and American Trial Lawyers Association and the Utah Associations for Justice. M. David Steffensen

Late on a summer night in 2014, David Steffensen was riding a motorcycle home through wooded residential roads in Utah. A burned-out streetlight shrouded the road in darkness, concealing a sink hole in the middle of the street. By the time David’s headlight revealed the danger, it was too late. The front wheel of his motorcycle dug into the sinkhole and forced the bike onto its side, causing David to roll and skid across the pavement. This experience affected David more than monetarily. He realized there was no lawyer among his friends and family that could have shared this advice with him when it was dearly needed. Without the help of this legal “Good Samaritan” David would have had no idea of his legal rights after the crash and would have borne the loss alone. David, who had just begun college, resolved to become a lawyer himself so that he could advise and help others, including his own friends and family, to use the law as a tool to improve and repair their lives. David accomplished this goal by receiving his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah before moving down south to Provo to attend the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He was admitted to the Utah Bar as a licensed attorney in 2020. Before graduation, David worked as a law student prosecutor for West Valley City, prosecuting misdemeanors and DUI’s at trial in justice court. Upon graduation he accepted an associate attorney position at the prestigious law firm of Snow Christensen & Martineau, founded in 1886. There David worked in all areas of the law, including insurance defense, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, business and estate planning, and estate litigation. Among his successes, David obtained a complex summary judgment defeating a $13,000,000 claim against his client outright. Despite this success, David felt that his skills and talents were most often being used by the “big guy” to crush the “little guy,” contrary to the reasons that motivated him to join the legal profession in the first place. To make a change to better match his motivations and conscience, David joined Good Guys Injury Law in 2023. He focuses on helping clients that have been injured in car accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, premises liability cases, and any other matter where someone is injured because of the fault of another.

Grace C. Johnson

Attorney Grace Johnson handles personal injury cases for Good Guys Injury Law - including vehicular accidents involving automobiles, public transportation, pedestrians, bicycles, commercial trucks, and motorcycles. She also handles a wide range of injury cases, such as wrongful death, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability, and almost any other injury case. Grace graduated from Brigham Young University before completing her Juris Doctorate at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law. While in law school, Grace had the opportunity to compete and win several distinguished Trial Advocacy and Negotiation competitions across the country. The university faculty also awarded Grace a fellowship at the Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution. As a fellow, Grace gained significant experience acting as a negotiator, mediator, and arbitrator for university and local community conflicts. In addition to her fellowship, Grace volunteered as a mediator for Utah and Salt Lake County courts. Since graduation, Grace’s practice has been dedicated to helping clients with catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and other personal injury cases.
