Adam D. Woods

Adam is the founder of Woods Law Firm, PLLC, a Brandon, Mississippi law firm focused on serving clients throughout Rankin, Hinds, and Madison Counties. Adam has represented people from all walks of life, zealously advocating for his clients in numerous areas of the law, including personal injury, wrongful death, drunk driving, contract negotiation, real estate, zoning and land use, wills and estates, and family law. He is licensed to practice before all state courts in both Mississippi and Tennessee, focusing his practice in the Greater Jackson Area of Mississippi but serving the entirety of Mississippi and Tennessee.

Rusty Williard received his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1984 and passed the state bar in 1985. He established the Law Offices of Rusty Williard in Brandon, Mississippi. He is a certified Guardian Ad Litem and Youth Court advocate, with a focus on the rights of children. With 40 years of trial experience, he handles insurance disputes, contract disputes, lease disputes, personal injury, wrongful death negligence cases, and family law matters. He is also a court-appointed mediator recognized by the Mississippi State Bar.

Mark C. Baker, Sr.

Mark C. Baker, Sr. graduated from the University of Memphis in 1984 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and from Mississippi College School of Law in 1987 with a J.D. He has been an active member of the Mississippi Bar since 1987 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His main practice areas include government/regulatory law, general litigation, and business and real estate transactions. He served in the Mississippi House of Representatives from 2004 to 2020, including as House Republican Leader from 2007-2011. He currently serves as the board attorney for the City of Brandon and the Town of Puckett. Mark is also the principal member of Keystone Strategies, LLC.

Adrian W. Mills

Adrian W. Mills is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi (2007) and Mississippi College School of Law (2011). He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, collections, and real estate transactions. Adrian is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been serving as the City Prosecutor for the City of Brandon, Mississippi since 2016 and became a partner at Baker Law Firm, P.C. in 2022.
