Randy Angelle
Randy P. Angelle is a native of St. Martin Parish, a graduate of Cecilia High School, and currently resides in Breaux Bridge with his wife, Annette. Randy graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1974 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science. He attended Loyola University in New Orleans where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1977. Randy practices in the areas of personal injury, products liability, real estate, succession, family law, collections, business litigation and estate planning. He is admitted to all Louisiana State Courts, the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of the United States District Courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Randy is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, St. Martin Parish Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, and the Inn on the Teche. On January 1, 1991, Randy was elected and took office as Judge of the City Court of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana and has continued to serve unopposed. He is a member of many professional organizations including the Louisiana City Court Judge’s Association and the Louisiana Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, where he has served as past President of both distinguished organizations.

Bart Hebert
Bart J. Hebert is native of and currently resides in Breaux Bridge with his wife and two children. After graduating from Breaux Bridge Senior High, Bart attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana. In 1999, he graduated magna cum laude from USL with a Bachelor of Arts and was named Outstanding Graduate in Political Science. Bart attended law school at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. In 2002, he graduated with honors from LSU, finishing in the top 15% of his class. He immediately accepted a position at a large New Orleans based firm where he practiced in complex oil and gas and commercial transactions and litigation. Bart’s practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning and successions, and he also serves as the City Attorney for the Municipality of Breaux Bridge. Additionally, Bart manages The Closing Company, the firm’s title company for real estate closings. Bart is an active member of his community where he has coached youth sports and serves on various boards, including Teche Center for the Arts, St. Bernard School Advisory Council, and St. Bernard Church Parish Council. He is a member and Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus and member and Past-President of the Breaux Bridge Chamber of Commerce. And, Bart is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association and Inn on the Teche.

Mark Boyer
Mark D. Boyer was born and raised in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. He was the valedictorian of the 1991 graduating class at Breaux Bridge High School. In 1996, Mark graduated with honors from Louisiana Tech with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and was then accepted to the Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school, Mark was an editorial staff member of the Intellectual Property and High Technology Law Journal, was a member of the Maritime Law Society, was honored as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honorary Law Fraternity, and was an officer in the Loyola School of Law Federalist Society. He graduated with honors from Loyola University in 1999. After law school, Mark went to work in the General Counsel’s office of Louisiana’s largest workers’ compensation insurer. His practice is concentrated in the areas of general casualty litigation, workers’ compensation litigation, personal injury, commercial transactions, successions, estate planning, and education law. Mark has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal courts in Louisiana and has an impressive record as a trial attorney. He represents various insurers, self-insured entities, public bodies, companies, and individuals throughout the state. Additionally, he has litigated cases in every district of Louisiana’s Office of Workers’ Compensation. Mark currently resides in Denham Springs, Louisiana with his wife and two children. J. Brent Barry
J. Brent Barry grew up in Monroe, Louisiana, but he has lived in the Lafayette area with his wife and children for the last 17 years. Brent earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in History from Louisiana Tech where he graduated with honors. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Paul M. Hebert Law School at LSU in 2001. Christi R. Hemphill
Christi Roy Hemphill is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. In 1990, Christi graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in English. After graduating from USL, she attended law school at Loyola University in New Orleans. She graduated in 1993 from Loyola with her law degree. Upon graduation from law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert M. Fleming and the Honorable William D. Hunter, District Judges for the 16th Judicial District Court from 1993 to 1995. She then entered private practice, and practiced at Bernard and Angelle for fourteen years. Christi is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the Western District of Louisiana of the United States District Courts. During her years of practice, Christi has practiced in the areas of personal injury and family law. She also has experience in business litigation, wills and successions, and collections. Christi currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana, with her husband and two children. She served two terms on the Advisory Council of St. Pius Elementary School and was honored as the SPES Outstanding Catholic School Supporter of the Year for 2011. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.

Allison B. Costanza
Born and raised in the outskirts of the vibrant city of New Orleans, Allison took her first steps towards her legal career at Southeastern Louisiana University. Here, she was a Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society member, a member of Student Government, and ultimately discovered her calling to the law through the Pre-Law program. During her time at SELU, Allison moved to Denham Springs where she still resides. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Allison further honed her skills at the Southern University Law Center where she ultimately graduated with Cum Laude honors. During her time there, she gained invaluable experience interning for the Livingston Parish District Attorney’s Office for two years, participating in various clinics and other legal community service programs. Upon admission to the Louisiana State Bar, Allison embarked on her legal career with a focus on Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Successions. While she maintains a general defense practice, her passion lies in the realms of Estate Planning, Successions, Personal Injury, Adoptions and Real Estate Closings. Apart from her legal career, she is a wife and a mother to a little boy and two fur kids. Allison is actively involved in various legal organizations and programs. Allison, amid her busy agenda, takes pleasure in spending precious time with her close family and friends.

Lucas A. Schenk
Lucas Schenk earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern State University in 2016, where he was also a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2020, while serving on the Board of Advocates. Lucas is a vital member of the firm’s litigation group at the Denham Springs office, handling General Liability Defense, Personal Injury, Construction, Contracts, and Collections cases.
