Sandee Sandbrink

Sandee Sandbrink is a dedicated and compassionate advocate focusing on family law, including divorce, child and spousal support, child custody, division of marital property, and domestic violence. She earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2000, where she was an editor at the International and Comparative Law Review.

Lora Vail French is a senior litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience, joining Kraeber Law Office in 2019. Her practice includes civil litigation in federal and state courts, with expertise in employment law, business litigation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. She has extensive trial experience, having mediated, arbitrated, and led thousands of civil cases. Lora graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from the University of California, Riverside, with a dual B.A. in political science and law and society. She earned her J.D. cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of San Francisco. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, as well as the Northern and Eastern United States District Courts and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has been a member of the Defense Research Institute, Association of Defense Council of Northern California, and American Inns of Court.

Rhonda Kraeber

Rhonda Shelton Kraeber has been a practicing attorney since 1991, specializing in all areas of labor and employment law, counseling small- to mid-size business employers and employees on the complex and often emotional aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment litigation. She is expert in compliance with the many often-changing state and federal laws that apply in the employment context, and in all types of employment-related, legally binding arrangements such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and severance agreements. She is licensed to practice law in California and Oregon. She has acted as Judge Pro Tem in Contra Costa County Superior Court and as a neutral arbitrator for Kaiser Permanente. She has lectured on legal matters and is a published author of employment-related articles. She earned her J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her B.S. at Oregon State University.

Hannah Henderson

Attorney Hannah Henderson focuses her services on Family Law. She graduated from the University of Law in Chester, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Upon moving to the United States, she earned her Master of Law degree (LLM) at the University of California’s UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). In the UK, Hannah worked for two years in a Family Law practice. After graduating from UC Law San Francisco, Hannah was a Judicial Extern with the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda. Hannah volunteers her time and services with Get Vocal for Victims, a Contra Costa County nonprofit.

Karen Lynch has been practicing law since 2000 in the areas of civil litigation, employment law, business law, and energy law. She joined Kraeber Law Office in 2016 and focuses on employment matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, discrimination, and harassment, and advising on California employment law and compliance. She drafts and analyzes employment contracts, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employee handbooks. She began her legal career at White & Case. Karen graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA and attended law school at the University of Notre Dame, where she was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class.

Cole Kraeber is the son of Kraeber Law Office founder Rhonda Kraeber. He graduated from University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and passed the bar in November 2024, officially joining Kraeber Law Office as a practicing attorney. He has an undergraduate degree in economics and focuses on employment law and the employer-employee relationship, including drafting employment contracts and severance agreements. He has strong writing, research, and data analysis skills, and is particularly adept at legal research and oral advocacy. He has traveled extensively and lived and studied abroad in Germany.
