John A. Day

John Day is the founder and owner of The Law Offices of John Day, P.C., with over 30 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death law. Mary Parker

After earning her degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law, Mary Parker began her legal career in private practice. Thereafter and for more than 30 years, Parker has been a partner at Parker & Crofford law firm. Her practice has encompassed areas including medical cannabis law, representation of consumers in product liability matters, medical malpractice, car accidents, and civil rights litigation with a particular focus on sexual harassment and Title IX violations. Rebecca Blair has 29 years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts, focusing on estate and trust litigation, personal injury, and business litigation. She is a Rule 31 General Civil mediator and has received numerous professional honors including an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale Hubbell, inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, and recognition by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Top 50 Woman Lawyer and Top 100 Tennessee Super Lawyer.

Will Patterson

Will focuses his practice primarily in the areas of tort litigation; business and commercial litigation; advising small and closely held businesses; personal injury; and construction litigation and lien disputes. After clerking with Patterson Bray during the summer of 2010, Will returned full-time following his graduation from the University of Memphis School of Law. During his final year of law school, Will served as a Law Clerk to Shelby County Circuit Judge Robert S. Weiss.

Todd G. Cole

Todd Cole has a diverse technology, business, and legal background that affords him unique insight into the issues confronting our clients. Todd represents clients in a broad range of complex legal matters from inception through ADR (alternative dispute resolution) or trial litigation.
