Jeffrey W. Stowers, Jr., Esq., is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law. He graduated with honors, Cum Laude, and Dean’s List. Kristen N. "Nikki" Lawson was born and raised in Southwest Virginia. Ms. Lawson is a graduate from the Appalachian School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. While attending Appalachian School of Law she was a staff editor of the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal, the Judging Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board, the secretary and treasurer of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, and she received the Book Award for Employment Discrimination and Dispute Management. Ms. Lawson completed her undergraduate studies at Radford University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice along with two minors in Communications and Political Science. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and handles a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation in Southwest Virginia.
