Michael McKeon

Terry J. MacDonald
Terry grew up in Butte and now lives in Missoula. He is an avid Montana Grizzlies, Notre Dame, and Chicago Bears fan, and golfs when he can. He and his wife have two children. Terry received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana in 1984, with high honors and his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 1988 with honors. Terry is a member of the Montana Bar Association, Western Montana Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. Terry has been practicing law in Missoula for over 36 years and has extensive experience in both state and federal courts in Montana. He has an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubble Law Directory (the highest rating). He has also been voted in The Top 100 Trial Lawyers of ATLA, Top 10 for Client Satisfaction, the Northwest Super Lawyers, and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. Terry’s experience includes trying many cases in the areas of personal injury, toxic torts, and business litigation, but now focuses primarily on personal injury litigation.

Bill was born and raised in Butte, Montana, and has chosen to work here to be near family and friends. Bill and his wife have five children. Bill received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana in 1985 and his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 1988 as an “Outstanding Law Student” of his graduating class. Bill is a member of the Montana Bar Association, Montana Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Silver Bow Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. Bill is a second-generation Butte attorney. Bill worked under his father at his firm Burgess, Joyce & Whelan and then worked at Joyce & Starin before co-founding this firm in 2002. Mike was raised in Butte, Montana and graduated from Butte High School. He enjoys skiing, fishing, biking, golfing, and spending time at the lake with his wife and three children. Mike received his bachelor’s degree from Montana Tech in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013. Saidee M. Johnston
Saidee was born and raised in Butte, Montana and is a second-generation Butte lawyer. Saidee spent several years coaching junior high sports, which she greatly enjoyed, but she now spends her free time reading and enjoying time with her family and friends. Saidee and her husband have one son together. Saidee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Montana in 2012, graduating with honors and the University Scholar Designation. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2015. Saidee is a member of the Montana Bar Association (former Area C Trustee), Montana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Silver Bow Bar Association (current Vice President).
