Brett Lenarz

Brett Lenarz is an Associate Attorney at Cross Law Office, LLC. He is a lifelong resident of Noble County, Ohio. He earned his law degree from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 2021. While at IU, Brett was a member of the business law association and received top honors in brief writing in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. Before attending law school, Attorney Lenarz attended Muskingum University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, History, and Economics. Attorney Lenarz Graduated in the top five percent of his class at Muskingum University. Attorney Lenarz currently practices in Criminal Defense, OVI/Traffic Defense, Estate Planning, and family law. Attorney Lenarz is licensed to practice law in Ohio and West Virginia.

Beau W. Cross

Attorney Cross is the founding member and owner of Cross Law Office, LLC. He has practiced law since 2017. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Attorney Cross attained his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University in 2016. Attorney Cross has experience as a legal intern at the Ohio EPA, a legal extern at Athens County Court of Common Pleas, a certified legal Intern at the Office of the Ohio Public Defender (Washington County), and as a Legal Intern at Loughry, Buell & Sipe, LLC. In 2017, he became an Associate Attorney at Loughry, Buell & Sipe, LLC where he remained for approximately 1.5 years. In June 2019, Attorney Cross began this law practice near his home in Noble County, Ohio. Attorney Cross focuses his current practice on Criminal Defense, OVI/DUI Defense, and Debt Collections. Outside of work, Attorney Cross enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and pets. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling.

Dante D’Andrea

Dante D’Andrea is an Associate Attorney at Cross Law Office, LLC. He obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2022. While at ONU, Dante was member of the Trial Team and competed in numerous national competitions. Attorney D’Andrea has been involved in both the defense and prosecuting sides of the law prior to joining Cross Law Office. He worked as a certified legal intern for both Hancock County and Allen County Public Defender Offices. Once sworn in, he began working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Allen County. Prior to attending law school, Attorney D’Andrea earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bluffton University in 2019, majoring in International Business with a minor in Law. While at Bluffton, Attorney D’Andrea was a closing pitcher for the Bluffton Beavers baseball team and did a semester in Guatemala studying the Spanish language and cultural differences in various Guatemalan communities. Attorney D’Andrea areas of practice include Criminal Defense, OVI/Traffic Defense, and Negotiations.

Logan B. Graham

Logan Graham is an Associate Attorney at Cross Law Office, LLC. He obtained his JD from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2022. While at ONU Attorney Graham was an avid member of the Trial Team and competed in numerous national competitions. Attorney Graham has been a member of the Cross Law staff since 2020 and obtained his Certified Legal Interns License in 2021, allowing him to assist in the courtroom while not in school. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Graham earned his Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in 2019, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. While at Denison, Attorney Graham was a member of the Big Red football team and worked for Residential Life. Attorney Graham’s areas of practice include Criminal Defense, OVI/Traffic Defense, and Estate Planning.
