Bruce D. Block

Bruce D. Block is the Managing Attorney at Jenkins, Block & Associates. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has been practicing with the firm since 1980. Mr. Block is a speaker for various Maryland associations and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). His practice focuses on Social Security Administration, Workers’ Compensation, and personal injury cases.

Michael E. Grossfeld is an attorney focusing primarily on criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. He is licensed in all state and federal courts in Maryland and previously served as an assistant public defender in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County.

Michelle Barnes

Michelle Barnes is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in litigation, having tried over 500 jury trials. She has served as a successful criminal defense trial attorney, a two-term elected State's Attorney for Dorchester County, and a Division Chief in the Maryland Attorney General's Office. Her extensive experience includes handling complex criminal, family law, personal injury, and civil cases across Maryland.

Marc H. Baer is an attorney focusing on bankruptcy, family law, real estate, and debt collection. He is licensed in Maryland, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Tax Court. W. James Nicoll

W. James Nicoll (1969-2023) was a Partner at Jenkins, Block & Associates. He graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1995. He joined the firm in 1997 and focused on personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security benefits cases in Maryland. He was a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.

Myer E. Grossfeld was a founding partner of the firm, practicing personal injury, workers’ compensation, business, and commercial law. A 1965 University of Baltimore Law School graduate, he served in the U.S. Air Force and was counsel for an insurance company. He was known for his honesty, integrity, and deep compassion for clients, practicing for over 40 years until his passing in 2011.
