Christopher Pracht

Alejandro Guarin

A native of Barranquilla, Colombia, Alejandro moved to the United States at the age of 12, where he made Anderson, South Carolina his home. Since moving to the United States, Alejandro has understood the inequities that underrepresented people suffer and strives each day to “make things right” through his legal work. Alejandro attended Mercer University School of Law, where he finished in the top 15% of his class and was a member of Mercer’s Law Review Editorial Board, Mock Trial, and Arbitration teams. He also served as the president of the Hispanic Law Student Association, where he advanced the interest of Hispanic students in law school. During law school, Alejandro received a wide array of awards which include the Solicitor award for his outstanding work in Mercer’s Arbitration team and received awards for obtaining the highest grade in his class in Contracts I, Secured Transactions, Torts II, and Remedies. Alejandro was also inducted into the Order of the Scribe, which is given to the top legal writers in each class at Mercer. Zack Atkinson
Zack Atkinson is a partner at Speedy, Tanner & Atkinson. He graduated cum laude from Wofford College with a B.S. in Government in 1999 and earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2002. He served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas W. Cooper, Jr., and as an assistant solicitor for the 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where he led the Kershaw County Office. Arien Cannon
Attorney Arien Cannon is a native of South Carolina. After more than a decade of public service in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, he joined the firm where his practice area focuses on employment discrimination and personal injury matters. Upon graduating law school, he completed a clerkship in Prince George’s County, Maryland Circuit Court.
