Manpreet Gill

Manpreet Gill is an experienced litigator at Seva Law Firm. Manpreet was born and raised in Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending law school, she served as the Vice President of the South Asian Bar Association, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the International Law Association, and member of the Women Lawers Association of Michigan. Manpreet is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan. She is currently a member of the Michigan Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and a board member of Michigan South Asian Bar Association. Manpreet’s practice is primarily focused on No- Fault Litigation for both the injured claimants and providers along with third party negligence claims. As an attorney as Seva Law Firm, Manpreet is dedicated to providing the absolute best representation for her clients. She is a zealous advocate who believes in justice and is a strong proponent against the insurance companies to ensure that her clients receive maximum recovery. Outside of the firm, Manpreet enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and spending time with her family.

Omar Sheriff

Attorney Omar Sheriff was born and raised in the city of Detroit and currently resides in Southfield Michigan. He attended Wayne State University where he earned a BA in Economics. He then attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in May of 2013. While in law school, he earned four book awards. Attorney Sheriff also earned two academic scholarships for academic achievement. During his time in law school, he was a teaching assistant for the 1L writing course and a member of various organizations including BLSA (Black Law Students Association), St Thomas More Society (Volunteer Organization) and the SBA (Student Bar Association). Also while in law school, Omar interned for Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette (Criminal Division) and the Honorable Mark Randon. He also worked in the Misdemeanor Defenders office for the 36th District Court and the 52-4 District Court. He also was a law clerk for a Bankruptcy attorney. Omar is admitted into the State Bar of Michigan and Federal Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Michigan Association of Justice. Omar joined the Seva Law Firm in August of 2014 working on auto accident and workers compensation cases. Outside of the practice of law Mr. Sheriff enjoys reading, playing cards, exercising and watching sports. He is also an amazing cook!

Ashley Burkhart

Ashley joined The Seva Law Firm as an associate attorney in 2015. At The Seva Law Firm Ashley’s practice is primarily focused on No-Fault Litigation, Auto Negligence, and Legal Research. Before joining The Seva Law Firm Ashley also practiced personal injury at Thurswell Law Firm and Bagley & Langan, P.L.L.C. On her free time, Ashley enjoys yoga, soccer, beach volleyball, snow skiing, reading, boating, and playing with her kids. She also has six chickens, a vegetable garden, and a butterfly garden.

Pratheep Sevanthinathan

Mr. Sevanthinathan is the owner and founder of the Seva Law Firm. He passionately advocates for his clients on a multitude of issues. Pratheep represents million dollar corporations as well as indigent individuals, and does so with the same high level of devotion, zeal, and enthusiasm for every single client. Joseph M. Xuereb

Since 1988 Joseph M. Xuereb has represented clients in many aspects of the Law in the Detroit Metropolitan area. Nicholas Doherty

Nick joined The Seva Law Firm as an associate attorney in 2017. He has served as the firm’s pre-litigation and intake attorney, vetting cases and determining initial legal strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked for a highly regarded personal injury firm as a paralegal. When not working, Nick enjoys jogging, swimming, reading, and investing. He also LOVES University of Michigan football and basketball. Go Blue!

Ibrahim Hammoud

Ibrahim originally hails from Canada, growing in London, Ontario. He joined the Seva Law Firm in 2017 as an all-around litigator. Being that he is of Lebanese descent and lives in Dearborn, most of Ibrahim’s clients are from the Dearborn area and communicate with him in Aarabic. Over his career, Ibrahim has won many millions for his clients including a $700,000 settlement for American military contractor injured overseas by a terrorist rocket attack. On his free time, Ibrahim enjoys basketball, jogging, reading, family barbecues, and spending time with family. He also loves video games!
