Jonathan Wells
Jonathan "Joe" Wells is a founding partner with James & Wells PSC. His primary practice areas are family law, criminal law, and personal injury. He also has handled numerous appellate issues with published and unpublished opinions in the areas of criminal law and family law. Mr. Wells has taught business law, criminal law, and criminal procedure at Kentucky Technical Community Colleges. He has also taught other attorneys their continuing legal education in the areas of criminal law and family law. He practices in Courts all throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, consistently in Oldham, Henry, Trimble, and Carroll counties. Prior to joining James & Wells PSC, Mr. Wells worked a staff Attorney in Franklin Circuit court and a Law Clerk at Todd & Walter. He has practiced aggressive and practical family law, personal injury and criminal law since entering private practice in 2001. He also stays diversified by practicing a wide variety of civil matters.

Edward James
G. Edward James was a founding member of James & Wells, PSC. Now mainly retired, he serves as counsel to the firm and continues to handle Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Utility law cases. Mr. James has practiced for over 46 years and is licensed to practice in Indiana and Kentucky. He is a former Superior Court Judge in Indiana and former Assistant Attorney General of Kentucky. Before attending law school, he served in the United States Navy.
Ben Wyman
Ben Wyman is a trial lawyer with the skills, expertise, and demeanor to win your case. Born in Augusta, GA, he has spent most of his life in North Central Kentucky. His legal training began before law school when he spent time serving as a pastoral counselor, chaplain, therapist, pastor, and social worker. During his time in law school, Mr. Wyman clerked for the Jefferson County Attorney's Office, and later became an Assistant County Attorney, where he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases. While serving as a prosecutor, he maintained a family law and personal injury practice, where he handled an assortment of divorce, post-divorce and personal injury matters. Mr. Wyman is aggressive, relentless and zealous, but maintains respect, courtesy and civility. His primary office is located in Carrollton, KY, but he travels throughout the state to represent clients.

Ben Wyman is a trial lawyer with the experience, skills, and demeanor to win your case. Born in Augusta, Georgia, Ben has lived the majority of his life in Louisville, Kentucky. Ben's legal training began before law school when he served as a pastoral counselor, chaplain, therapist, pastor and social worker in a variety of settings. While in law school, Ben clerked for the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office, and later became an Assistant County Attorney, prosecuting a broad spectrum of criminal cases. During his full-time service as a prosecutor, Ben maintained a family law practice. Although Ben's primary office is located in Carrollton, Kentucky, he travels throughout the state of Kentucky, representing clients in courtrooms throughout the state.
