Michael C. Rowland Jr. was inspired to pursue law to help people in crisis, solve problems, and speak out. He co-founded Rowland & Yauger in 1999 and focuses on Personal Injury, Criminal and Traffic Law, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, and Worker’s Compensation. He emphasizes client-focused attention, listening, and providing solutions, guided by the Golden Rule and respecting clients' pain. He has received "Best of the Pines" awards in Personal Injury, Criminal, and Family Law. He brings a "blue collar work ethic" to his practice.

Inspired by the concepts of law and serving his community, Brett S. Yauger graduated from NC State and was commissioned in the U.S. Army. He co-founded Rowland & Yauger in 1999. He specializes in Criminal Law, Bankruptcy Law, Social Security Disability, and Worker’s Compensation, finding satisfaction in assisting people and ensuring their rights are upheld. He values honesty, integrity, and a straightforward approach with clients, emphasizing hard work and detailed preparation for complex cases. He has expanded the firm to two locations and 14 paralegals/legal assistants.

Inspired by his lawyer parents, Alec J. Kosminskas pursued law to positively impact people's lives. He graduated from Columbia University and DePaul University College of Law. He specializes in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury, enjoying the variety of issues and client interaction. He treats clients with respect, guided by the principle "Women and Men for Others," and emphasizes preparation for complex cases. He aims to help grow the firm's Family Law Practice.
