William H. Croft
William H. Croft is a life long resident of Sumter County. After Graduating from law school he spent almost five years as a prosecutor in Sumter for the Third Judicial Circuit's Solicitors Office. After spending the next two years in Charleston working exclusively in the field of Workers Compensation Defense, he returned to Sumter to open his own firm in 2004, expanding his practice to also cover real estate transactions and personal injury. He is a member of the Sumter County and South Carolina Bar Associations, the South Carolina Association for Justice and the Injured Workers Advocates. He is a past president of the Sumter Rotary Club; a former member of the Wilson Hall School Board of Trustees, serving as chairman for eight years; a former member of the Sumter YMCA Board of Trustees; a current member of Any Length Recovery Board of Trustees; and a current trustee, former Deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Sumter. He is married to Elyn Croft and they have two children.

Cindy Cahill
Cindy Cahill is a dedicated personal injury attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. J. Benjamin Cahill
Ben Cahill began practicing law in August of 2015. He worked as an associate tax attorney at Merritt, Webb, Wilson & Caruso, PLLC handling the majority the firm’s federal and state income tax controversies. In addition, he assisted clients in forming various types of legal entities for closely held business and estate planning purposes. In 2020, he opened his own practice, the Cahill Law Firm, LLC, handling similar cases, but also expanding to include real estate and personal injury. In 2024, the Cahill Law Firm successfully merged with Curtis & Croft to become the existing firm it is today. He is licensed to appear in the United States Tax Court. He currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife, Cindy, and four children.

Christopher R. Jay
Chris Jay handles probate, estate planning, and real estate matters with the firm. He has been admitted to practice law in South Carolina since 2012.
