Brett S. Jolley

Brett Jolley joined MCJG as a partner in 2015 bringing with him respected and extensive experience in land use, real estate development, public agency, and appellate law. Brett heads the firm’s land use and real estate development practice, regularly assisting developers, property owners, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations.

Mark F. Ornellas joined MCJG in 2023 and brought with him a substantial estate planning practice compiled over forty years. He has many loyal, long term clients while adding new clients frequently. Mark excels in making the estate planning process understandable and cost efficient.

Megan Galarneau joined MCJG in 2011 and heads the firm’s wealth, estate and succession planning practice. With her extensive experience in transactional law, her knowledge, compassion, and detail-oriented representation help individuals and businesses proactively take control of their assets, to protect and preserve their life’s work across generations.

Mark Myles

Mark Myles joined MCJG as “Of Counsel” in 2022 after a successful career with the San Joaquin County Counsel’s Office. He brings to the firm an extensive knowledge of the everyday issues faced by public agencies and the experience necessary to craft practical solutions. Mark’s practice will focus on workplace investigations, land use, public agency law, and civil litigation.
