Peter Abbarno

Todd Rayan

James M. B. Buzzard
Jim’s legal practice focuses on: (i) Estate Planning, Probate Administration and Trusts; (ii) Real Estate Law; and (iii) Business issues. He also serves as the City of Centralia Municipal Court Judge, the City of Centralia Land Use Hearing Examiner, and the City of Centralia Seizure Hearing Examiner. Jim also is the city attorney for several cities in the area. Jim is a native of Centralia, WA, graduating from Centralia High School in 1993. Following High School, he attended Eastern Washington University as a Student/Athlete, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree. During his Junior season as an Eagle football player, he was selected as first-team all-conference, and third-team all-American. During his Senior season as an Eagle, Jim was selected first-team all-conference, and first-team all-American. Following his career at Eastern, Jim signed as a free-agent to the San Diego Chargers. Once football came to an end, Jim attended Seattle University Law School and the University of Washington Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in Law in less than three years. Jim believes in being active in the community where an individual raises a family, works and lives. He is a current and past member of several civic organizations and boards, he enjoys coaching his children’s youth sports, and Buzzard Law Group, P.S. sponsors several teams and activities. Jim and his wife, Meghan, reside locally with their two children. Jim and Meghan enjoy engaging in family activities and staying fit. Jim is an attorney who believes in hard work, being prepared, being available, and making necessary sacrifices to ensure a job well-done. Ryan Endsley
Ryan Endsley joined Althauser Rayan Abbarno, LLP in 2023. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a minor in chemistry in 2013, and received his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2019. He practices as a Civil Litigator, with an emphasis on Property, Complex Civil Litigation, and Family Law.

Sara Morgan
Sara Morgan joined Althauser Rayan Abbarno, LLP in January of 2025. She graduated cum laude from Cleveland State University (CSU) College of Law in 2024. Sara is currently licensed in Washington and Ohio and is passionate about Social Justice and committed to community service.
