Jerald L. Ostdiek
Jerald L. 'Jerry' Ostdiek has been practicing law with Douglas, Kelly, Ostdiek, Snyder, Ossian and Vogl, P.C. since 1992. His practice focuses on School Law, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation claims, and Social Security disability claims. He represents Western Nebraska Regional Airport, numerous school districts, the City of Bayard, Sanitary and Improvement District, and several insurance companies. Additional areas include estates, trial litigation, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant matters. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 1988 and graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1992. Jason Andrew Ossian
Jason A. Ossian's areas of practice include Family law, Civil litigation, and School law. He was raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Excelsior, Minnesota, and Englewood, Colorado. He attended Lancaster University in England and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in English. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Nebraska Community College (1977-1990) and as a Certified Real Estate Instructor for the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. He has also been a city attorney for several municipalities in Western Nebraska for 40 years. His practice areas include Bankruptcy, Insurance Defense, Real Estate, Contract Disputes, Corporate Matters, and Wills and Probate. Lindsay R. Lookabill
Lindsay R. Lookabill (1984-2020) was born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She graduated with the highest distinction from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2006 with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology. She then attended law school at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, graduating in May of 2009. Upon graduation, she was admitted to the Nebraska bar and practiced law with her father before joining Douglas, Kelly, Ostdiek, Snyder, Ossian and Vogl, P.C. in March of 2017. Her practice areas included divorce, guardianship/conservatorships, adoptions, juvenile law, criminal defense, business entities, real estate matters, wills, and general civil litigation. She was actively involved in the community, serving on the board of directors for CASA and Golden Halo Foundation, and participated in the Foster Care Review Board and Twin Cities Development.

Allison M. Witcofski
Allison “Aly” M. Witcofski’s areas of practice include criminal defense and juvenile law. She was raised in Gering, Nebraska, and graduated valedictorian from Gering High School. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska’s College of Law in 2021. During law school, she clerked for Douglas Kelly Law Office and the Scotts Bluff County Attorney’s Office. She is currently a Guardian Ad Litem for juveniles in the Panhandle of Nebraska and a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Richard A. Douglas
Richard A. “Dick” Douglas (1945-2012) was born in Pipestone, Minnesota. He graduated from Creighton Preparatory School and Creighton University, and served in the United States Army. He graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1973 and began his law practice in Scottsbluff. At the time of his death, he was the president of the law firm Douglas, Kelly, Ostdiek and Ossian, P.C. He represented Scottsbluff Public Schools, Western Nebraska Community College, and many other school districts in western Nebraska, and presented numerous seminars for the Nebraska Council of School Attorneys. He was an active member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Scotts Bluff County Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Nebraska Council of School Attorneys.
