Robert E. Mazow is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney and Prosecutor in Essex County, prosecuting over 100 jury trials. He also worked for Peabody & Arnold, LLP, defending insurance companies and corporations. Since co-founding the firm in 2003, he has focused on representing seriously injured clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, recovering millions of dollars. He is known for his ability to connect with juries and is a skilled communicator, negotiator, and advocate.

Leonard Spada

Leonard Spada is the founder of Spada Law Group LLC. Upon graduating from Boston College Law School in 1991, Len accepted a prestigious one-year appointment as a Judicial Law Clerk for the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. It was during this time that Len worked closely with the Judges of the Superior Court assisting them in deciding matters that came before the court in both civil and criminal trials. The clerkship was a valuable opportunity for Len to learn the practice of law from some of the finest legal minds in Massachusetts. Upon completing his judicial clerkship, Len accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County, Massachusetts. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Len was Lead Trial Counsel in over 100 jury trials as he prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. In 1995, Len entered private practice, joining the prominent Boston law firm Peabody & Arnold, where his practice focused exclusively on representing large insurance companies. During this time Len handled all aspects of defending personal injury lawsuits from the pre-trial discovery phase up to and including trial. It was here that Len gained valuable insight into the inner workings of how insurance companies investigate, value, defend, and ultimately settle lawsuits brought by injured individuals. In August of 1998, Len, along with his partner, Vincent Zullo, formed Spada & Zullo in order to use his skills and insider insurance industry knowledge to begin representing injured individuals. Over the next 18 years, Spada & Zullo successfully represented thousands of individuals who had been injured due to other’s negligence, collecting tens of millions of dollars in settlement for their clients along the way. Len was responsible for all aspects of litigation and trial work at Spada & Zullo. Tragically, in June 2016, Len’s partner and dear friend, Vincent Zullo, passed away unexpectedly and Len reorganized Spada & Zullo, into Spada Law Group LLC. Len has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer as published in Boston Magazine for 10 consecutive years (2013-2022) in the area of Personal Injury Law. Super Lawyers rates lawyers across the country and recognizes no more than the top 5 percent of lawyers in each state. Len is committed to giving back to the communities Spada Law Group serves. Toward that goal Spada Law has previously pledged a percentage of its revenues to Respond Inc., which is a local nonprofit tasked with helping victims of domestic violence regain safety and control in their lives. He is currently serves on the Board of Directors at My Brother’s (MBT) Table in Lynn, MA. MBT serves approximately 300 people per day lunch and dinner. Last year alone MBT served over 186,000 free meals. MBT also delivers meals to homebound individuals, participates in a family dinner program, provides meals to at risk-seniors, and hosts a free weekly medical clinic. Spada Law has also initiated a high school scholarship program which provides 10 scholarships each year to local public high school seniors living in 10 surrounding cities.

Kevin J. McCullough is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. His unique background includes working as an insurance adjuster and attorney for a national automobile insurance carrier, defending insurance companies, and serving as a prosecutor in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. This experience makes him an expert in insurance bad faith and claims handling practices. He focuses on serious personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer class action litigation. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and Federal Bar, First Circuit, as well as the Bar of New Hampshire.

Chelsea is an Associate Attorney at Mazow | McCullough, PC, focusing on personal injury cases including wrongful death, medical negligence, and consumer class action litigation. She previously represented plaintiffs at a medical malpractice firm and has experience teaching and working as a paralegal. She attended New England Law School on a full scholarship. She received her B.A. from Stonehill College and her J.D. from New England School of Law.

Attorney Mike Forrest is dedicated to defending the rights of consumers, employees, and tenants, practicing in areas such as Consumer Protection, False Advertising, Unfair Insurance Practices, Data Breach/Medical Privacy Litigation, Employment/Wage, Unfair Collections, and Product Liability. He was previously the managing partner of Forrest | LaMothe, a class action firm. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Rutgers University.

Attorney Jessica (Jess) Peake is an Associate at Mazow | McCullough PC, with experience in both plaintiff and defense personal injury work. She has a strong foundation in legal research and has represented businesses and individuals in real estate matters. She gained initial personal injury experience as a paralegal and law clerk. She participated in moot court, was a note editor for the Suffolk Journal of Health & Biomedical Law, and represented indigent clients with Suffolk University Law School’s Family Advocacy Clinic. She received her B.S. from Marist College and her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

Stephen Zolotas

Attorney Stephen Zolotas focuses his work at Spada Law Group, LLC, on trying personal injury cases to juries in the courts of Massachusetts. He graduated from New England Law | Boston in 2009 and has been in private practice since December 2009. Stephen has extensive trial experience litigating personal injury cases and fighting for his client’s rights at all levels of litigation, from initial settlement discussions to jury trials. He is licensed to practice law in the Massachusetts State and Federal courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, & Essex County Bar Association. Prior to attending New England Law | Boston, Stephen received his bachelor’s degree at The College of the Holy Cross. He is also a proud graduate of St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers. Stephen is a life-long resident of the North Shore of Massachusetts. He gives back by volunteering his time with the North Shore United Way, his local church, sitting as the Vice Chairperson on the Peabody Zoning Board of Appeals, and numerous other ways.
