Kenneth R. Schuster

His practice includes cases involving vehicle accidents, injuries from defective products, slip and falls, negligently maintained properties, medical malpractice and workplace accidents. Ken also represents businesses in contractual and other commercial disputes. As his practice and reputation has grown, Ken has trained and acted as a mentor to the Firm’s other lawyers and expanded the Firm from its original location in Media to include offices in Center City Philadelphia, Chester and Wilmington. He has been involved in cutting-edge litigation throughout his career and is driven by a fierce determination to get his clients the compensation they so rightly deserve. Whether he’s handling an accident case involving a pedestrian struck by a school bus, a piece of equipment that injured an employee or a wrongful death claim resulting from medical malpractice, Ken always strives to achieve the best result by combining his compassionate rapport with clients with an aggressive approach within the court system. In addition to being a skilled litigator, Ken has been chosen as general counsel to corporations ranging from small family-owned ventures to multi-million dollar corporations that benefit from his multi-jurisdictional practices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Ken has also founded and operated multiple businesses including residential and commercial real estate development and manufacturing. Ken has a large presence in the community as he has advised several municipalities throughout his career, including City of Chester, City of Chester Aggregated Pension Fund, Borough of Colwyn, and Chester Township. Being an avid golfer he holds annual golf outings at Aronimink Golf Club benefitting the Fraternal Order of Police and local Steelworker’s Unions. Born and raised in Delaware County, Ken’s education was from local schools: St. Joseph’s Prep, Swarthmore College and Temple Law School. He is an active supporter of victims’ rights on the local, state and national levels and a strong opponent of tort reform.

Justin M. Bernstein

Justin has been recognized as an accomplished trial lawyer in the areas of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation by Super Lawyers by Thompson Reuters, Main Line Today Magazine - Best of the Main Line, and by the Delaware County Daily Times - Reader’s Choice Award. Justin serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware County Bar Association. Justin is an active trial lawyer who represents individuals and corporations in a wide range of practice areas across PA and NJ, including business-related litigation, property disputes, and personal injury matters arising from defective products, construction site accidents, poorly maintained commercial properties and vehicle accidents. He prides himself on bringing his knowledge of the law, research skills, and strategic use of technology to achieve significant trial verdicts and recoveries in favor of his clients.

Joseph J. Jachetti

“When you are seriously injured, the most important thing is to take care of yourself. I’ll take care of the rest.” Joe has a diverse civil litigation practice with a focus on cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death from automobile accidents, work-related injuries, products liability and general negligence. Prior to practicing law, he was an automobile insurance claims adjuster for 10 years. Because insurance policies are the primary source of compensation for his clients, that experience in the industry makes him exceptionally qualified to handle all types of insurance-related personal injury claims.

Anthony S. Pinnie

Anthony’s practice is exclusively focused on civil trial work representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has tried more than 100 cases before a jury and obtained many favorable verdicts for clients. Although he appears primarily in the Delaware County court system, he also litigates in Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties as well as the Pennsylvania federal courts handling multi-district litigation for mass tort matters. Anthony represents clients in matters dealing with defective products, professional negligence, insurance bad faith, automobile liability, premises liability and ERISA/disability issues. He has successfully negotiated several seven-figure settlements during his career. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a senior in-house litigation counsel for AIG where he represented insurers in the trial of complex cases representing, including significant property damage recovery cases.

Andrew Valentin

Andrew is an attorney who represents plaintiffs in a diverse array of practice areas in Pennsylvania, focusing primarily on personal injury matters, arising from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability accidents, and medical malpractice matters. Andrew utilizes his diverse background, knowledge of the law, and detail-oriented mindset to achieve significant outcomes in favor of his clients. Andrew has represented clients in hearings at Delaware County Orphans’ Court, achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. Andrew’s background involves representing individuals in a wide array of personal injury, medical malpractice, estate administration and general civil litigation matters. Andrew also has unique insight into the interworking of the health care system, having worked directly with General Counsel at a health care system in Cherry Hill New Jersey and also in the Office of the Vice President for Research at Temple University.

Thomas J. Martinicchio

Thomas J. Martinicchio holds a B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University and earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He first joined Schuster Law in 2015 where he specializes in personal injury, contract disputes, and criminal defense. While pursuing his law degree, Martinicchio held several internships. He worked for Judge James Murray Lynn in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he had the opportunity to see both civil and criminal cases firsthand. He then moved on to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office where he-among other things-tried felony preliminary hearings and Gagnon hearings. While at JMU, Martinicchio was the football team’s beat writer for the school newspaper, The Breeze, and a pitcher for the club baseball team. He was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Martinicchio is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association.
