F. Greg Delleney, Jr.

F. Greg Delleney, Jr. is a partner at Hamilton, Delleney, Grier, and Cotten since 1988, assisting clients with criminal law, personal injury, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security, and traffic violations. He graduated from The Citadel in 1974 and served in the Navy before earning his Juris Doctorate from The Cumberland School of Law - Samford University in 1981. He was elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives in 1991 and serves as the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.

Ryan Shea Swancy is an attorney with Gaston, Marion, Stubbs, Hunter & Swancy P.A. in Chester, South Carolina. Nick M. Cotten, Jr. is a native Carolinian with over 25 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, negotiation/mediation, and legal field. He began his career as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate, where he worked for ten years. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law in 2012 and has accumulated over 100 hours of ADR training. He focuses on critical injury cases, including severe auto collision, brain injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and defective products, and also offers risk analysis, representation in selective criminal matters, and civil court mediation.

Brian T. Grier

Brian T. Grier is a partner at Hamilton, Delleney, Grier, and Cotten since 2008, focusing on family law, personal injury, criminal law, municipal law, traffic violations, and general and civil litigation. He previously served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Sixth Circuit Solicitor's Office. He is known for his strong work ethic and his determination to see that his clients' legal concerns are resolved in the most beneficial way.

Everett Stubbs

Everett B. Stubbs, III is a partner with Gaston, Marion, Stubbs, Hunter & Swancy P.A. with offices located in Chester, Richburg, and Winnsboro, South Carolina. He has a general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation in many counties throughout South Carolina. Mr. Stubbs is very active within the South Carolina Bar Association and in Chester County, serving as the Chester County Bar President. He was formerly the 6th Circuit Young Lawyer Division Representative of the South Carolina Bar and a former House of Delegates member of the South Carolina Bar. He is the former State Chairman of South Carolina Ducks Unlimited and has served on various community boards. He attended Lander University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and law school at Charlotte School of Law.

Croom Hunter

Croom Hunter is an attorney with Gaston, Marion, Stubbs, Hunter & Swancy P.A. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of South Carolina and his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for South Carolina, handling post-conviction relief cases and direct criminal appeals. He also served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Sixth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced construction law and professional malpractice. He has also served on the Planning Commission and as the Zoning Administrator for the Town of Ridgeway, South Carolina.

Milton E. Hamilton

Milton E. Hamilton is a senior partner at Hamilton, Delleney, Grier, and Cotten, LLC, and the third generation of Hamiltons to serve the firm, which was founded by his grandfather in 1907. He joined the firm in 1978 after graduating from the University of South Carolina Law School. He concentrates his practice on real estate law, health care law, business law, probate and estate law, estate planning, elder law, and timber and logging law.
